Jerry Rice to play in Nationwide Tour Event at TPC Stonebrae April 11th.

The NFL Hall of Fame wide receiver wants James Hahn's golf game. Hahn covets Jerry Rice's performances in the clutch. The pair will compete in Hayward next month as the Fresh Express Classic Nationwide Tour, makes a stop in Northern California. A year ago, when Rice played in his first pro event with a sponsors exemption, he did not come close to making the cut. This year, Jerry just wants to have fun, attract huge galleries and raise money for charity. For Alameda's James Hahn, it's all business..with the objective to earn his PGA Tour card. Last season, the local youngster finished 29th on the Nationwide money list, missing the top 25 and cherished PGA Tour status by under $10,000. Hahn has had his share of disappointments over the past two season, as shared in this video. Rice and Hahn met the media Tuesday to promote the tournament that begins April 11th on a tough par 70 layout set up by Stonebrae and the Nationwide Tour.
